Over the course of 2025, we will be celebrating the 100-year history of our iconic Leica I camera with high-calibre events in Dubai, Milan, New York, Shanghai, and Tokyo, culminating in an anniversary week in Wetzlar. We are looking forward to an anniversary year full of highlights and inspiring moments. We are excited to continue writing the story of a legend.
Spectacular Anniversary Opening in Dubai
Dubai, the city of superlatives, innovations, and visions, provides the extraordinary setting to kick off the anniversary year, celebrating an extraordinary camera. In addition to an illustrious event for invited guests featuring impressive highlights, we are presenting a spectacular illumination projected onto the Burj Khalifa skyscraper, a high-calibre exhibition, an exclusive book publication, and more.
The Anniversary Event in Milan
The 63rd edition of Milan Design Week took place from 7 to 13 April 2025. It was the perfect stage for us to carry on celebrating the 100th anniversary of our historic Leica I. We honoured the iconic camera in Milan with installations, exhibitions, and lectures, illustrating how our continuous design development has created a timeless aesthetic.
