The Leica ZM 12 introduces a thoughtful evolution of the iconic dual-layered dial, presented in a smaller 39 mm case. Perfectly Precise
Engineered in close collaboration with the Swiss movement specialist Chronode, the Leica boutique caliber LA-3002 impresses with a timekeeping accuracy of -4/+6 seconds per day, measured in five positions. The ZM 12 runs perfectly on time at a precise frequency of 28,800 beats per hour and boasts a remarkable power reserve of 60 hours, ensuring long-lasting precision at all times.
Exceptional in Every Detail
Placing the small seconds dial at 6 o’clock adds a sense of symmetry, while inner concentric circles add a sense of refinement and gently offset the parallel grilles of the dual-layered dial. The hands and indices are diamond-cut, finely faceted, and feature a mix of brushed and sandblasted textures that subtly catch the light. Then, when the light fades, the Swiss Grade A Super-LumiNova filling ensures perfect readability in darker conditions. Embedded in a 39-mm water-resistant, rugged titanium or elegant stainless-steel case, the watch sits perfectly on smaller wrists.
