About Tabea
„I grew up in the Austrian Alps. This is my origin and my home. Nevertheless, my curiosity and my camera have always drawn me out into the world. Since 2020, after a long stay in Australia and New Zealand and studying in Hamburg, I have been “back home”. Is it the end of my journey? I do not think so. But for the moment I'm enjoying my time in western Austria. A place where it often feels as if everything is at a standstill, where during the “golden hour” the sun is within reach and the world still seems untouched.
Where I am is my Leica. Always. A curse and a blessing. The fear of missing a moment if I don't have it with me. A wonderful compliment to me is the visual accompaniment of this journey.“
