堅牢な構造
「ライカ アイピース」の自慢は、素晴らしい見え味だけではありません。種々の要素を採用し、最高の堅牢性と保護機能も実現しています。また、簡単な操作で、スポッティングスコープにすばやくしっかり装着できます。操作部にラバー外装を施しているほか、アイカップは使いやすい回転式なので、観察は快適。しかも、水深5ｍ（16.5フィート）までの防水構造を装備し、レンズ内部の曇りを防ぐ窒素ガスも封入しています。

When you don’t want to miss any of nature’s fascinating details, you need to get closer. That is why Leica has developed the Extender 1.8x for Leica APO Televid spotting scopes. In combination with the Leica Eyepiece, it allows 45- up to 90-fold magnification. With this unprecedented expansion of the zoom range, wildlife, nature and astronomical observations as well as digiscoping become an even greater pleasure. An integrated, automatic lock on the bayonet connector allows quick and easy attachment of the extender between the spotting scope and eyepiece. Thus, the Leica APO Televid can then be adapted to all applications in no time and becomes even more versatile.
