After many successful years in our company, Dr Marita Paasch, member of the Executive Board and COO of Leica Camera AG, will be leaving her position on the Executive Board by most cordial mutual agreement on 30 September 2021 in order to pursue a different professional career. Amongst other successes, she made a decisive contribution to the company's success through extremely effective optimisation of costs, production and business processes and the reinforcement of the innovative powers of the company by expansion of digitalisation competencies. It is with particular regret that the Executive Board, the shareholders and the Supervisory Board of Leica AG accept Paasch’s decision to leave the company. We thank Dr Paasch for her outstanding services to the company and wish her continuing success in her future career and all the best for the future.
