In my 45 years of photography, many of my friends used Leica cameras. I was always fascinated and intrigued by the results and quality. Now seemed like the perfect time to pick up a Leica myself. I compared the SL with other models, but there was no comparison - the quality of the SL is unparalleled

I appreciate the meticulous German construction and how simple the system is to operate; the logic of the buttons and menu. But the most important thing is the incredible quality of the pictures: you truly have to see it to believe it!

I owe it to my art, to my photography, to use the best equipment possible. And in my view, that's the SL2: it doesn't get any better than this, particularly because of these incredible lenses. I don't think there are better lens in the world.
