安德烈亞斯·沃爾（Andreas Voll，執行長）
安德烈亞斯·沃爾將於2026年4月1日起出任Leica Camera AG執行長。
在加入徠卡之前，安德烈亞斯·沃爾曾擔任位於德國瓦爾達赫塔爾（Waldachtal）的fischer集團的執行長。更早之前，他曾在瑞士奢華製錶品牌萬國錶（IWC Schaffhausen）（隸屬於歷峰集團）擔任多個管理職位，最終出任營運長。他的職業生涯始於羅蘭貝格顧問公司（Roland Berger）。
Michael Grimm (CFO)
Michael Grimm has been Chief Financial Officer of Leica Camera AG since 2 May 2022.
Before joining Leica, Michael Grimm held various CFO positions, including twelve years at Dr. Johannes Heidenhain GmbH, a high-tech optical metrology company. Before that, Mr Grimm worked as CFO for the Grohe Group and its owner, a private equity house. There he prepared the investor's exit, among other things, before working as a partner at Triton Beteiligungsberatung for several years.
Dr. Ronny Fritsche (COTO)
Dr. Ronny Fritsche has been Chief Operations and Technology Officer of Leica Camera AG since 1 September 2024.
Dr. Ronny Fritsche can draw on many years of experience and professional expertise gathered in the areas of production, logistics, supply chain and development and their value creation chains. The business informatics specialist and graduate in production engineering previously worked in a variety of management functions in international companies and institutions such as the Swarovski Group and the Fraunhofer Gesellschaft.

監事委員會由徠卡相機全球監事會主席Dr. Andreas Kaufmann、Dr. Frank Holzer, Dr. Sebastian Orbe, Bartolomeo Rongone 組成，Sibylle Burzel和Sascha Winkler為代表。
