About Nina Davidson
Nina Davidson is a French-born photographer based in Edinburgh, Scotland. She moved to Edinburgh at the age of 22, where she met her husband, Michael, and lives with their four daughters: Ada, Colette, Nico and Stella.
Before focusing on photography full-time, Nina ran a small bistro in Edinburgh for ten years. Photography has always been part of her life, and she uses it to capture the fleeting, beautiful moments of everyday family life. She prints her family photographs, creating tangible, touchable memories that endure beyond the digital screen.
In addition to her photography, Nina has published a children’s cookery book, which is currently available in France.
Nina works with the Leica Q3 and Leica M6, cameras she relies on to stay close to her subjects and capture life as it happens. Her work spans editorial, campaigns, and brand storytelling, combining intimate observation with professional visual narrative.
