Exhibition of Exclusive Pieces

During Leica Classic Day, you will be able to admire a collection of exceptional cameras that are rarely shown to the public and will be part of the 47th Leitz Photographica auction, to be held on 22 November in Vienna.

Highlights include the original 1956 MP black Paint, of which only 141 exist worldwide, the Leica 250GG with Motor, a true rarity for advanced collectors, and, as the star piece, the Leica M-A with its Noctilux lens, both with the serial number 5000000, which was given to Pope Francis as a gift in 2024. All proceeds from its sale will go to His Holiness's personal charity. A legacy that endures.

Carmencita Film Lab: Alive & Analog

One hundred years after Oskar Barnack's revolutionary invention, analogue photography is not only still alive but thriving with renewed strength. Far from being merely an exercise in nostalgia, film has become a conscious choice for new generations of photographers seeking creativity, intention and an authentic connection with the image. In this workshop, we will explore the reasons for its enduring presence and what it offers to the contemporary photographer in a world dominated by digital technology.
