Leica Gallery Frankfurt
Located directly in the city center and in the vicinity of the Goethe House, Leica opened its first flagship store in Germany in 2015.
Covering over 1,000 square meters, the store on the ground floor offers the complete range of Leica brand products (cameras, lenses, tripods, and optics, accessories), as well as second-hand cameras and lenses. Upstairs, you will find an impressive gallery space with regularly changing exhibitions by renowned photographers, a cozy literature area with photographic literature, and retreat options in the VIP room.
Current Exhibition: "In Dialogue - A Photographic Conversation between Walter Vogel and Franziska Stünkel."
The exhibition is the first of twelve worldwide exhibitions in Leica galleries celebrating the 100th anniversary of the Leica I.
To kick off the anniversary year 2025, the Leica Gallery Frankfurt presents a very special exhibition. Visitors can expect a unique dialogue between two outstanding photographic perspectives: Walter Vogel and Franziska Stünkel. Their works, separated by decades, come together in a fascinating interplay of time, space, and artistic perspective. The exhibition also marks the beginning of the exhibition series "In Dialogue - Photographic Conversations between Yesterday and Today" in 12 Leica galleries worldwide.
