Customer Care Leica Camera AG

In the Customer Care team:

  • You offer detailed technical support for the entire Leica Camera product portfolio. 
  • You apply technical skills to bring classic Leica products back to life, so they can continue to tell their one-of-a-kind story. 
  • You ensure each restored camera preserves Leica’s legacy of excellence in craftsmanship. 
  • You keep both innovative and historical technology alive. 
  • You work closely with collectors and aficionados to keep their valuable Leica cameras from decades past in excellent condition. 
  • You implement service standards and ensure that these standards are complied with worldwide. 
  • You offer individual customer care, while also identifying and fulfilling customer requests. 
  • You answer all technical and general questions about our products and help users get the most out of their Leica. 
  • You are very knowledgeable about historical products and share that knowledge with customers.
