Your Mission

As part of our retail team, you will:
- Drive performance & growth
- Proactively identify opportunities, exceed sales targets, and contribute to the success of a globally respected luxury brand
- Create unforgettable customer experiences
- Engage, advise, and connect with customers—transforming every visit into a meaningful Leica moment

- Be a mentor & brand ambassador
- Guide and develop junior team members, elevating both performance and service excellence
- Elevate product storytelling
- Confidently share Leica’s heritage, craftsmanship, and innovation to inspire customers
- Own the customer journey
- Manage inquiries, after-sales support, and feedback with professionalism and care
- Collaborate & contribute
- Partner with the Retail Manager/Store Managers and team to execute initiatives, events, and brand activations
- Continuously improve
- Provide insights to enhance store operations, customer satisfaction, and team performance
What You Bring
- At least 3 years of experience in luxury retail, customer service, or a similar environment
- A sales-driven mindset with a strong track record of achieving results
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with discerning customers
- Fluency in English
- Basic digital literacy and professional communication etiquette
