After clicking the “send” button you will receive an email which includes a shipping address and a repair order number, please include this number with your parcel when shipping it to our service centre. 

We will be in touch with you once your product has arrived at our facility.

In case of issue with image quality/contrast please send test photos that clearly illustrate the problem by including an uncompressed DNG file to Customercare.UK@leica-camera.com.

300 MB limit.
Allowed types: gif, jpg, jpeg, png, pdf.
This includes batteries, protectors, strap, lenses, filters, boxes as these cannot be accepted by our repair team. We do not take responsibility for accessories sent in and we cannot guarantee their return.
We charge a £25 admin fee for all chargeable repairs. Free of charge repairs and warranty repairs are exempt from this charge. Our quotations are valid for a period of 2 weeks.
