The Leica Gallery Munich presents the exhibition “Same same but different” by the renowned artist Christopher Thomas. "This series of works addresses the tragicomedy of human existence, in which each of us plays a role - sometimes impressive, sometimes clumsy, depending on talent, constitution, energy or passion. Some shine as stars and icons, while others suffer tragic fates,” says Christopher Thomas about the exhibited series.
The Leica Gallery Munich is showing a selection of works from the book of the same name accompanying the exhibition, which documents the diverse human manifestations of the last 30 years. This series is Thomas' most personal work to date and an impressive depiction of human comedy and tragedy. It is now being presented for the first time in combination with the current book.
