The usual event hosted by Elle Decor Italia in the historic Palazzo Bovara returns on the occasion of the Salone del Mobile, from 15 to 21 April. This year, its title is “Material Home”. 
The exhibition-installation is the result of the collaboration of three studios: Elisa Ossino Studio (interior and exhibition design), Rossi Bianchi Lighting Design (lighting design) and Studio Antonio Perazzi (landscape design). A virtuous synergy that leads the visitor along a synaesthetic and sensorial route through rooms investigating the essence of matter in all its forms. The journey of “Material Home” includes, in seven different rooms, a succession of as many variations on the theme, anticipated by a large area dedicated to the materioteca, the Alchemy room. An experiential place that prepares the visitor for the exploration of the succeeding rooms, named according to the type of material that is dominant in them: Polvere (Dust), Superfici (Surfaces), Marble in Movies, Riflessi (Reflections), Soffice (Soft), Organico (Organic), Cromie (Chromes). 

In combination, light plays a fundamental role in highlighting the beauty and complexity of the material itself, amplifying its nuances and characteristics. 
A significant role is also dedicated to the greenery curated by landscape architect Antonio Perazzi, who has imagined the garden as a place in which to become part of a rediscovered natural network. The relationship with the material is emphasised through the chosen plants, with foliage of powerful tactile and visual impact, to compose an ideal “embrace of trees”. 
Material home' sees the involvement of over 50 companies that have recognised themselves in the Elle Decor Italia project, in the sign of a constant promotion of design culture.
