Conditions of participation & data privacy
The seminar is run by Leica Camera AG in cooperation with experienced hunting trip partners.
Conditions of participation:
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Valid hunting license
- Your own rifle and ammunition for approx. 60 to 100 shots (rental rifles are available upon request)
- Active hearing protection
- Installed Leica Hunting App
The seminar fee includes:
- Use of the shooting range
- Targets
- Refreshments
- Expert support from a Leica trainer

FAQs about Leica Experience Events

Do I need my own equipment?
No. Leica provides demo optics upon request.
It’s helpful if you bring your own equipment, such as your own rifle and scope with BDC.
An optical device with BDC is mandatory.
Upon request, a rental gun can be used for events in Alsfeld. - How many participants are accepted per seminar?
The number of participants is limited to 8 people to ensure intensive training.
- May I participate without a hunting license?
The seminar is primarily designed for holders of a valid hunting license. However, special observer places are available on request.

Bjoern Friedrich
Bjoern Friedrich, sport optics trainer at Leica Camera AG since 2018, has many years of experience in education, international sales, as well as military and sport shooting. He teaches complex topics related to long-range shooting and sport optics – in a practical, precise, and differentiated way.
