LEICA FOTOS GENERAL TERMS

The use of Leica FOTOS ("App") is governed by the following terms:

• By downloading and using Leica FOTOS you accept the Terms of Use.
• Leica FOTOS is for private use only.
• Leica FOTOS is a software provided on an as is basis, without warranty of any kind. In particular, Leica does not warrant that the App will work uninterrupted or error free. 
• To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Leica shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages, losses or, expenses of any kind, whether loss of profits, business interruption, or otherwise arising out of or resulting from the app, however caused, even if Leica, its employees, distributors, dealers or agents have been advised of the possibility of such damages, losses, or expenses. This disclaimer constitutes an essential part of this agreement and no use of the app is authorized except under this disclaimer.
• Leica reserves the right to modify, adapt, translate or improve the App at any time.
• Leica reserves the right to cease to provide or support the App at any time.
