Rwanda, Congo, Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, Albania, Chechnya... Between them, photojournalists Édouard Elias and Noël Quidu have covered most of the armed conflicts of recent years. They are doing us the honour of taking part in a conference, led by Cyril Drouhet, Director of Reporting at Figaro Magazine, on their photography in crisis zones. They will take us to the heart of some of their most striking images and discuss the evolution of the practice of war reporting. As photojournalism is one of the pillars of Leica's history, we are delighted to be able to shine a spotlight on the immense work of these two photographers, which because of its harshness is difficult to show in its entirety on our social networks or in our gallery.
