After past exhibitions in Berlin, Hamburg, Nuremberg, and Paris, the Leica Gallery Heidelberg now gives photography enthusiasts the opportunity to experience Philipp Reinhard's impressive works up close. Philipp Reinhard, born in 1990, is a passionate photographer and filmmaker specializing in reportage, portrait, and campaign photography. His focus is always on people, particularly in the context of sports. Editor-in-chief Benjamin Lorenz describes the work of this internationally active photographer with the words "Intense, close, honest." Reinhard captures extraordinary and fleeting moments that often go unnoticed. As the team photographer for the German national football team, the HAKRO Merlins Crailsheim, and Team D of the German Olympic Sports Confederation at the 2021 & 2022 Olympic Games, his images tell stories, convey emotions, and offer intimate insights.
