With the innovative dual focus, for coarse and fine adjustment, details can be focused with greater ease and precision. The front focusing wheel is used for fine adjustment, while the larger one at rear is used for rapid focusing. From close range, starting at 2.9 meters, to the furthest distances, the Leica dual focus enables the most detailed observation and documentation of wildlife in the finest resolution and remarkable sharpness.

The rubber-armored magnesium housing of the Leica APO-Televid spotting scopes combines extreme ruggedness and functional design. When close isn’t enough

With the optionally available Leica extender 1.8x, birders and nature observers can get even closer to special moments and recognize details over the greatest distances. Using the Leica extender 1.8x increases the magnification range of the APO-Televid models by a factor of 1.8. In combination with the Leica eyepiece, magnifications of up to 108x are possible – for outstanding observation of details at maximum distances.
