The procedure described below is followed once we receive your application:
- We send you a timely reply.
- If you have piqued our interest and passed our initial screening, you will receive an invitation to a first meeting.
- To make a first impression and clarify open questions, this meeting is usually a video call.
- If both parties are interested, we would be happy to get to know you in person. At this meeting, you’ll have the opportunity to get to know your future workplace, team and the World of Leica.
- If we decide to collaborate, you will receive a fair offer with enticing benefits.
- We will make your start at Leica easier with a buddy programme within the framework of professional onboarding. Seminars and training courses naturally also belong to your future career path at Leica.
