"Euphoria in Fragments“ - Sebastian Trägner
Leica Gallery Nuremberg presents the exhibition "Euphoria in Fragments“ by Sebastian Trägner

The exhibition “Euphoria in Fragments” presents a deeply personal photographic journey by Sebastian Trägner, known under the name “Traegi.” In this work, the photographer offers intimate insights into his own life path - marked by rupture, emotion, and powerful expression.

The exhibited works are taken from his first photo book of the same name, published in 2025, which emerged after many years of photographic exploration and serves as both a raw and poetic self-portrait navigating between fragmentation and emotion.

Trägner masterfully uses his camera not only to capture moments, but to make the invisible visible. His portraits tell stories without raising their voice; they convey moods, create new perspectives, and invite openness. In his images, people, light, and atmosphere blend into an impressive, often quiet intensity.

The exhibition features works full of clarity and closeness—sometimes vivid in color, sometimes restrained—always with great respect for his subjects and a deep sensitivity for the quiet tones of human connection. For Trägner, photography is not just a technical act, but a form of expression, a relationship, and sometimes even a touch of magic.
