Elegance in a new dimension

Leica Sport Optics presents the Leica Noctivid Compact models, an elegant and completely redesigned line of binoculars. These models combine elegant design with functionality – their impressive ruggedness and performance are comparable to larger binocular models. Particularly noteworthy, for example, is their large field of view, which provides a complete overview immediately.

Leica engineers have combined elegant design with a new optical construction in the complete redesign of the Leica Noctivid Compact models. These elegant, high-performance binoculars represent a new milestone in the Leica sports optics portfolio. Although small and compact, they feel like full-size binoculars in your hands. The comfortable optics make it easy to find the right view and enjoy a brilliant, high-contrast image that conveys a sense of space.

The name Noctivid denotes the premium binoculars from Leica Sport Optics. Accordingly, the new Leica Noctivid Compact 8x25 and 10x25 models and the Leica Monovid 8x25 monocular feature outstanding optical properties, precise mechanics, and perfect ergonomics, combined with an elegant design. All Leica Noctivid Compact binocular models and the Leica Monovid are available with high-quality black leather applications. The Leica Noctivid Compact 8x25 and 10x25 binoculars are also available in a black rubber-armored version that combines style with maximum durability and is designed for demanding use.

Leica Noctivid Compact binoculars are lightweight and reliable companions for travel, day trips, and everyday use. The powerful optics deliver superior image quality, contrast, and brightness for impressive viewing experiences. High-quality materials and careful workmanship give the products a discreet elegance combined with exceptional ruggedness and longevity. For instance, the fine leather selected for this line is also used on the legendary Leica cameras.

Leica Noctivid Compact binoculars are elegant all-rounders for observing natural as well as urban details. When hiking, they can be used to bring wildlife up close from distant terrain, but also to view insects at the trail’s edge. In the city, they let you discover architectural details and experience sports events up close. At evening, these small Leica companions flaunt their elegance at the theater or concert hall, presenting the artists with authentic clarity and immediacy.

The Leica Noctivid Compact 8x25 brings distant details close with 8x magnification while providing a steady image. The high-quality lenses ensure sharp, high-contrast vision with natural colours. The Leica Noctivid Compact 10x25 is ideal for more distant or smaller objects. The Leica Monovid 8x25 is lightweight, handy, and fits discreetly into any shirt pocket or handbag. It is always ready for use downtown, at the opera, or in the great outdoors. Thanks to the included close-up lens, objects at a distance of 25 to 30 cm can be viewed in great detail.

From April 16, 2026, the Leica Noctivid Compact series will be available worldwide at all Leica Stores, the Leica Online Store, and specialist retailers. The recommended retail prices for the various models range from 600 to 1,050 euros including VAT.
