Leica Gallery Shanghai Westbund Central is Leica’s first brand-owned gallery on the Chinese Mainland and is located in the heart of Shanghai’s vibrant Westbund art and cultural district. Dedicated to the art of photography, the gallery presents a diverse range of photographic perspectives and creates a space where images, stories and emotions can be experienced in a personal way. Beyond exhibitions, it serves as a place for dialogue and connection, bringing together artists, audiences, cultures and ideas through shared encounters and exchange.

The exhibition Memories of China celebrates Marc Riboud’s distinctive humanistic vision and his enduring connection with China. Featuring 30 original works spanning more than five decades, it offers a glimpse into a country in transformation through sensitive portraits, street scenes and iconic images.
