Perfect for photographers of all levels, this hands-on experience is designed to sharpen your skills, help you capture life’s spontaneous moments, and view the city through the unique lens of one of street photography’s most distinctive voices.
Whether you’re a seasoned shooter or just beginning your street photography journey, you’ll gain expert insights and practical experience.
Workshop Overview
Day 1 / 31th October 2026
Your journey begins at the Hotel Botique Josef, where Matt will share his work, philosophy, and the essential techniques that define his approach. After a comprehensive camera setup session, you'll hit the streets of Zurich for an immersive afternoon of shooting, guided by Matt as he reveals how to find—and frame—the extraordinary within the everyday.
Day 2 / 01st November 2026
The second day kicks off with another visit to the streets of Zurich. After a full morning and afternoon of shooting, you’ll return to the Hotel Botique Josef for a behind-the-scenes look at Matt’s editing workflow, followed by a collaborative image review and friendly critique session.

What You’ll Need
- A digital camera of your choice (Please note a Leica Camera is not required to attend, all cameras are welcome and encouraged).
- Leica cameras can be provided upon prior request, if necessary.
- A laptop or tablet for editing on Sunday
