1. Shipping:
Online store orders
- Please note that we deliver exclusively to metropolitan France, Monaco, Belgium and Luxembourg. If you wish to purchase a Leica product outside these countries or are looking for a local retailer in France or Belgium, please use our Find a Leica retailer
- As of 1 June 2023, shipping is free for all orders. Our shipping partners are Chronopost and DHL. Batteries ordered individually are shipped separately via UPS.
2. Leica Store Reservations:
Reservations and in-store pickup do not incur additional delivery or service fees.
How to make a reservation:
Reservation procedure:
- Select the product you want.
- Choose your preferred Leica Store and check the product's availability there.
- Add the product or products to your basket using the "Reserve in store" button.
- Enter your details for the reservation and pickup (name, email address, telephone number and postal address).
- Check the information for the online reservation and in-store pickup, and make any necessary changes, if applicable.
- Confirm your reservation and in-store pickup request ("Confirm reservation").
- You will receive an email confirming receipt of your reservation.
- The store will receive your reservation request and will inform you as soon as possible whether the goods are available in store or - in exceptional cases - whether your reservation request has been rejected. You will receive a notification as soon as the goods are available for pickup.
- Once your reservation request has been confirmed, the goods will be held for pickup at the selected store for three working days from the date of the reservation. The reservation expires at the end of this period.
- If you wish to purchase the reserved product, the sales contract will be concluded with the selected store (the store operator).
3. Payment Methods
In our online store, you can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact and American Express), PayPal or Apple Pay. You can also apply for financing through our partner Cetelem (available only to French tax households).
Payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact and American Express)
You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact or American Express card. We debit the invoice amount from your credit card account at the time of the order. All data you provide to us for payment is protected against access by third parties.
Apple Pay
If you have Apple Pay available on your device, you can use it to pay for your online purchases. Select "Apple Pay" as the payment method in our order form. If you have never used Apple Pay before, you will first need to register. To make the payment, your Apple device will ask you to verify your identity. Google Pay
If Google Pay is installed on your device, you can use it to place your order online. Select Google Pay as the payment method during the ordering process. If you have never used Google Pay before, you will need to enter your personal details. To make the payment, your device will ask you to verify your identity. PayPal
Pay securely through PayPal's online payment service. If you choose PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to the PayPal website before finalising your order, or you can place your order using "Go directly to PayPal". Simply log in with your personal PayPal credentials and make your payment. We will be notified by PayPal as soon as your payment has been received. Bank transfer
If you have chosen to pay by bank transfer, please use the details below to complete the transaction. Once we have received your payment, your order will be dispatched automatically to the selected delivery address. If payment is not received within 5 days of the order date, the order will be cancelled.
Payment upon pickup at a Leica Store (physical store)
In the case of a reservation and in-store pickup, you pay on site when collecting the reserved goods at your Leica Store. The payment methods offered by the Store you have selected are displayed during the reservation process at the payment stage.
Cetelem financing (subject to having a French tax household)
You may apply for financing to pay for your order. By clicking on financing, you will be redirected to our partner CETELEM's secure website to complete your credit application in just a few clicks.
The financing application is made through our partner institution CETELEM. You complete your financing application directly online. It is your responsibility to provide our partner with all the information required to assess your application. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date on which the credit agreement is signed.
